Cheese Balls
Total Time
30 Minutes
Step 1
Cut the Aarong Dairy Cheese Cube Classic pieces into small squares and shape them into uniform, bite-sized portions.
Step 2
In the first bowl, mix the flour seasoned with a pinch of salt and black pepper. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Step 3
Coat each cheese piece completely in the flour, dip it into the beaten egg, and then roll it in the breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness and a secure seal, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating a second time.
Step 4
Refrigerate the coated cheese balls for 15–20 minutes to help the coating firm up so they hold their shape perfectly while frying.
Step 5
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cheese balls until they turn a beautiful golden brown and crispy.
Step 6
Remove the cheese balls from the oil and drain any excess on a paper towel. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
