Step 1
Take the Aarong Dairy Sour Yogurt in a bowl and whisk it well until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2
Add the black salt, roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and mint leaves (if using). Gently combine all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a while and serve this refreshing raita cold.
