Step 1
Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Heat a pan and melt the Aarong Dairy Butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic, lemon zest, and mixed herbs. Sauté briefly until fragrant.

Place the salmon fillet in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Step 5
Add the lemon juice and spoon the buttery herb sauce over the salmon while it cooks.
Step 6
Remove from the heat and serve hot with vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
